And if you like to camp, don't miss the opportunity to sleep under the stars with the sound of the ocean waves lulling you to sleep on one of these pristine beaches. Even if you don't have access to a boat, Hammock's Beach State Park makes daily ferry rides to Bear Island, where they offer fourteen primitive backpack campsites.
